A note on seeking a group. Pagans and Witches do not proselytize, so it is up to the seeker to reach out. When you contact a coven or group, introduce yourself and share a little about your interests and path rather than simply asking to join, and be patient waiting for a reply. Meet new people in public places first, research a group’s tradition and leadership, and trust your instincts. No legitimate group will pressure you, ask for large sums of money, or ask you to do anything that makes you uncomfortable.
